The hotel had nice and new rooms with beautiful wallpapers and perfect lighting; however, the noise from the startup of equipment was disruptive. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially with luggage. The location was extremely convenient, ideal for those arriving through John Wayne airport. The dining experience was repetitive and overpriced, lacking in gluten-free options, and valet parking was expensive. Facilities were satisfactory.
